i already have a character made, so i dont care what i am, neutral, akatsuki, or protagonist but i really wanna do it

yeah but i can see a problem starting with this. like every shinobi has only like 10 jutsus. this would be fine but i can see people using like 1000 jutsus. and to make it more realistic we should limit jutsus based on chakra amount.

example:

shadow clone jutsu: creates 10 clones takes away 20% of chakra

rasengan: creates a ball of spiraling chakra takes away 50% of chakra

i dont know, just a thought.

plus how would we do keki genkai? like can we have kimmimaru's keki genkai where his bones extend out of his body? likewise with pein's rinnegan. cause rinnegan is supposed to be super rare. so we cant just have 20 people have rinnegan.

i can see having alot of sharingan. but i can see problems with that too. like people are going to want to have mangekyou sharingan, and likewise to rinnegan, it's super rare.

i really dont see any problems with byakugan though.

anywho just some thoughts.

we should put a limit on the rinnegan and sharingan because only a couple of people have it but i want the sharingan because i played ultimate ninja 4 and itachi 3rd level special is incredible

i think that just normal sharingan is okay, it's just mangekyou sharingan we have to put a really strict limit on.

its better and you can play with part 1 and 2 kyuubi naruto but only 1 tails and you can play with a stronger itachi, kismae, dediara one of my best and sasori he sucks you can only play with his first puppet and you cant play with part2 sasuke i was mad
