Why? An elimination tournament sounds good. At least we'll be able to know who is most suited for the title of captain of the medical (4th) division.

LOL be reminded guys.. the 4th division is NOT a medical division in this forum... if it was winnie-chan would be incharge already... The 1st, 2nd and 6th division are normal divisions while the 3rd division is filled with quick attackers, the 5th is a division of attack based fighters(like 11th division in the manga/anime). How the 4th division would function depends on the new captain himself/herself...

And since there are other Divisions available, I will most likely be applying for the 10th division, since it collaborates more with the type of zanpakuto that Hateshi has. ...
although I really don't think that there will be enough members to fill up all the divisions...
