they are a clan of Levithian that rules everything related to the water like lakes and oceans. thir controle ranges from the navy of various first world countries, to the fishing industries, even some of the tourist attractions or modes of transportation
they have a natural strength against the fire dragon clan but weak against the earth dragon clan. but be warned, despite the strength over the fire dragon clan, they have great power that can even overpower a water dragon clan member if they are not careful
