well. its till being debated right now. and to me. 300 is still too small for bankai. remember, this is bankai we're talking about. its more powerful than the mask indevidually

well. either be elected a captain with a majority vote ffrom the already esisting captains or active captains or challenge your own captain

but see i always wanted to be the 13th division captain. how would i be able to do that?

oh. well then. you have to be elected and take a captains examination. if you do. any of the captains will unlock the captains examination forum. and will be tested there. if you complete the exam. that captain will send me a pm saying that you have completed the exam. and will lock up the exam forum again. either way. you need to be elected

so okay i will get tested by a captain and if that captain uses his shikai (i read when you were testing the 3rd captain) i will become captain, right?

i really do think i would make a great captain. i already am a master of my shikai, a master of shunko, and i have my vizard mask. really all i have left is bankai
