@ wolfward but the rules state that the adminstrator must pass on the ability to be captain and from what I see kanda is a captain
@ tmack yes for now but soon Im going to make up a new rule regarding the fruits the captain and first mate thing is until it gets bigger

Okay to clear up the misconseption this how the rule works
Adimistratos can only be captains unless they don't want to be part of the rp then someone could ask them for the right and INSTEAD OF THE ADMINISTRATOR you can be captain
This is so there only a few crews and mercs in the rp and it's not chaotic
