Ok, here's the facilities.
For speed and strength (Hoho and Hakuda):
1. Shunpo special training: Involves greatly stressing tension on the legs, to increase shunpo ability
2. Hoho reflex and speed training: Involves catching of items that fly at you and drop from the sky
3. Hakuda training personally with me or sinister92.
4. Hakuda training vs. virtual hollows
5. Hakuda training vs. real hollows

For kido and balance/reiatsu control:
1. Kido lessons
2. Kido practicals
3. Kido training vs. unmoving targets
4. Kido training vs. moving targets
5. Kido training vs. hollows
6. Reiatsu build ups
7. Reiatsu control
8. Kido training personally with me or Lockon Stratos
9. Balance poles, forest of lava
10. Balance training, magma island
11. Balance training vs. hollows on bamboo poles

good to kno. I have fairly high reiatsu levels myself. It's good to interact with people who have stats near you.
