    Speed Training Field(owned by 3rd division) Empty Speed Training Field(owned by 3rd division)

    This is the speed training field owned by the 3rd division to train the speed and agility of division members. As it is owned by the 3rd division, members need to ask for permission to use the field, unless they are Captains or Lieutenants. The field currently consists of these facilities:

    Muscle Training- Adhesion Hole, Frog Jump Track, Gym

    Weightshifting/Balance Training- Bamboo Field, Balance Pole, Shunpo Balance Pole

    Speed Training- Shunpo Obstacle Field, Reflexes Field, Sprinting Field, Special Shunpo field.

    New Facility: Grand Stadium- a new facility that covers all aspects of training, it is also used as a sparring field between 3rd Division Members.

    These are the current facilities, any suggestions, feel free to state them on this thread.

    If you manage to do 300 squats in the adhesive hole do the following things:

    Frog Jump Track-25seconds timing
    Rest
    Adhesive Hole- 400 squats

    and after that,

    Frog Jump track- 20 seconds timing
    Rest
    Adhesive Hole 500 squats
