In the maggots nest, you are to follow these rules:

1. You are not allowed to bring your zan in
2. You are not allowed to use kido
3. Your reiatsu is to kept sealed at all times
4. Only enter with the permission and guidance of a 3rd division officer of 3rd seat and above.

Ok, this is the facility where we house the shinigami that pose a threat to their fellow shinigami.
This inmate, Hakuyo, is my old friend. He doesn't enjoy speaking though and rather likes to attack me

*Conan coldly ignores him and easily deflects the reiatsu*
