I can't match up to a captain without my bankai
and although my hollow powers are strong, they cant beat a captain

That doesn't make sense, if he can diminsih it "instantly" when he sees it. Then wouldn't it only cause some damage when he is actually hit?

Me: There is a lag time when people are casting spells, and a lower level hado is casted faster than a higher level one, say goodbye to your arm.
