This is where the captains and there Lts. will be disscusing plans for the future. For instants special Arcs, Tournaments, Changes, and Voting in New Captains. In this way everything can be decided as a whole and it will be on record. If Kanda agrees only Captains and there Lts. will be able to post here, others may read but if you have bussiness to bring up give it to your Captian (or Lt.) via pm and he will bring it up. DO NOT post here if you are not either a Captain or Lt. If you are a Lt. you must tell from what division you are from because we can't tell who you are just by looking like with the Captains.

Well anywho I actaully have an order of bussiness today. First there is someone trying to become Captain. His name is username Madara5, he is looking to become the captain of the 13th division and head of the protection squad.

Yes i just got the news too. He was asking for my vote, but i decided to test him.

I also support the movement so that is 2/4. All we need is one mor vote.

Alright then, but i won't be able to test him today. And kiro is not online now. So most likely he will only take the captain's exam on a later date.

Yes, after that this bussiness is over and will move on to new bussiness. I also have another question, should we start holding ceremonies for the change into a captain. I mean when someone becomes captain should we start having cermonies for it? If so how would it work?

It would probably be the passing of the Captain's cloak(i forgot what its spelled as it Japanese) to the new captain infront of many witnesses. Well that's my suggestion at least.

i dont believe he is ready yet he might be in the future but i dont believe so at this time

Lt of the 5th division...and i fully support this division...and I also have to say somthing about bankai....you should now let the Captains and Lts and certain members use their bankai's like maybe the 3rd and 4th seat or maybe the division should hold bankai training and if they pass they get it but if they don't they don't get it and have to try again

thats why i think the bankai maybe should be a test that the captains devise and should be altered depending on the users zan and should be extremely difficult and not have a post limit and only captains can give the test

it should be fair to see how they handel bankai
