Shunkō (瞬閧, Flash Cry): a technique that combines hand-to-hand combat and Kidō. It concentrates high-pressure Spiritual Energy around the body, allowing it to be fired at opponents. It can also be used to instantly neutralize an opponent's movement.

I didn't do the translation myself. I went to a website and that's what it said. I posted it in case someone didn't know what Shunko was.

really? i got it from my 18 volume bleach book. and in it, it says instant war cry

The name isn't really important. It is what Shunko actually is, that is why I posted it.

Tenma started building up energy at his back, but this time in a calmer pace in order to keep it from exploding. But the pace was too slow and the energy wouldn't build up fast enough to maintain itself

Ummm yeah i had a bit of trouble with kenpachi since it was rather dificult putting that much power into the swing but yeah all the captains with the main characters..... you said no vizards right?

Indeed i do i think i can do it now... mind you mastering it would take time but yes more or less i can....

I focus energy on my back once again, building it up calmly while maintaining it untill it blasted apart the armor on my back releasing the black lightnings crackling around me. I then calm it down to catch my breath.
