well now that you can do lets move on to lesson 2.

your going to charge a hado lightning blast and send it to your back makeing it explode out, and then hold it there. and while it is still there you need to be able to perform the first shunko attack, "Shunko no bakuha (instant war cry blast)." this will allow you to channel the lightning into one powerful blast attack.

demonstration---. "Shunko no Bakuha (instant war cry blast)!" black lightning strikes from my back and then a humongous black lightning blast destroys part of a nearby forest. "See easy"

Me: okay
Charges reiatsu on back once again untill it's released and crackling around tenma
Me: and maintain right?
Goes into a lotus position while maintaining the energy on his back

Well I believe Winnie is the head of the medical department, and Jin is already a Lt. So I think they will be a no.

very good! your training is coming along very nicely. now step 3---Shunko no shouuheki (instant war cry barrier). now when useing this you again have lightning come out from your back but let it surround you in a lightning barrier. this technique will protect you from pretty much any attack. good luck!

demonstration- "Shunko no shouuheki (instant war cry barrier)!" lightning strikes my back but then suddenly surrounds me in a barrier making a crater in the ground.

Yeah I am just saying I think they will be a no. They most likely will, but you can never be a 100% sure. Also before you can become a captain you need a Lt.

Raises after a while of meditating while maintaining the energy on his back.

charges up again and send another blast at in the same direction, and doing so over and over again, before pausing a bit panting

Sends one massive blast causing more damage than his previous blasts put together and then falls on his knees
Me: that's.. more... like it...
