I don't think you can. So far we only know that Uliquorra can use it, and only in his resurrección.

he said aslong it not god mode and i can only use black cero and sonido and no heiro or eny other things
and i can do the ceros like grand rey thing and y are you always against me im not planing to use it cause my new zanp is coolio

Yes he said the changing of your reiatsu thing, but we haven't really seen much about the black cero. Uliquorra only used it once, and no one else has used it. Also Uliquorra was in his resurrección form, so even if you changed it there is still whether is can be used in or out of a resurrección form. I am not really against you. I just think we need more info before you try to do some of this stuff.

hav thought mabe black cero is spirit energy thing so if you go high spirit energy and black black cero really a normal cero but uses your spirit energy and make it black cause the guy spirit energy is black??

Ok, what you said is really confusing. But if the color of your cero is black, then that's fine. Although when it comes to the black cero Uliquorra used on ichigo, I think we need more info on it or something.

Well uliquiora said that it is the espada cero so I think you need to be an espada to do it but here in the forums I would say only arrancar and strong arrancar at that should be allowed to use it since arrancar all aren't on the espada side

Well he actually said it was the espadas full powered cero. And I would guess your right, but we don't know whether it can only be during their resurrección form or not.

Safe guess is full power would mean also that THEY have to be at full power so logically it would mean they need to use their ressureccion... anyone here?

No you cant, only the espadas 4 and could use it. You guys are really downsizing everything here.....

Well, someone here (can't excactly remember who it was) said he had a technique as strong as 25 grc :/ And apparently about anyone can use a grc, although one on it's own is really powerful. There should definietly be some kind of post limit before you can try to learn it, and when you do you can't just spam it.

Edit: oh and I guess downsizing is the wrong word, more like some ppl are underestimating these techs and overusing them

Yeah, well somethings are still being fixed I guess. I don't really know about the whole GRC thing though. Personally I am not really sure a Vizard could even use a GRC, but whatever. I am trying to make sure this place stays true to the real bleach world. Well at least some of it.
