If you don't like something there are two options. Destroy the thing you don't like and reform it, or change it.

Well, destroying it would mean trying to destroy you guys, and I don't want that. I want to change it, the way it runs, but the way things are goin' I'll have to do it from the outside...

Well you can only change it from inside, if you try to do it outside. You need to destroy it first.
