It may be able to increase in speed, but it cant dodge this.
Storm Technique: Particle Storm: One of Shane's zan attacks. It utilizes all the surronding spirit particles and turns the whole area into a sand storm that constantly cuts the opponent. It also distorts any non-existant things in the area(illusions) as well as clones.
