With this move I can detect anything that comes within a bubble I create. The size of the bubble is how far I can reach. Once I detect something coming inside I can act accordingly. The bubble is obviously invisible too.

I think it's one of those things that can be likened to lasertripwires, maybe it's just reiatsu but the idea I think is too release a stationary field of reiatsu where you will sense all the movements and react accordingly.

It takes a calm mind to create an maintain. After your mind is calm you have to try to sense everything around you within arms length. Hm, it's kind of hard to describe.

No this move doesn't use Reiatsu really.

I thrust my palm forward at an enemy, but it goes through outer defense and hits the person internally. Although it can't destroy any organs or anything. Just damage them, thus making the person weaker. Depending on where you hit.
